How's things? Sorry, I've been really slack with the whole blogging thing. Thing is, I don't really have a lot to report back. Works been busy, it's pretty cold outside and we're trying to go easy on the wallet. However, it is the last day of school today, which is pretty choice. No classes, just a boring assembly thing. After school I'll be going to one of the school party things, but for a different school. My main school, Taikyu, seems to have stopped inviting me to the parties. Probably because I said no to so many of them... Oh well.

Tomorrow is the Emperor's birthday, so we've got a day off. We've got band practice and I might try to get some Christmas shopping done. I've only just realised that Christmas is almost upon us. It doesn't really feel like it when it's this cold. There are all the Christmas lights up around town, as well as Christmas stuff in the shops, but all of that's not really what I associate with Christmas. On the 25th I think a few of us are just going to have a shared dinner or something. See how it goes, I guess.

In terms of doing stuff around here. It's just been a combination of onsen, hanging out with people, working on Chie's visa application, making a photo album, reading, Outrageous Fortune, study and home stuff. We had our phone/internet thing updated to the faster one, as the system we had been using is set to go out-of-date. For some reason, we now have a modem consisting of three boxes joined together with wires. Don't quite know why, but I guess these things happen... Also, the new system doesn't seem to like the number that I dial for my Yabba card. I need to call them about it because at the moment I can't call NZ. This is slightly annoying because I want to call various interesting places, such as the Japanese embassy in New Zealand and immigration. I would also like to call family people and stuff as well, so it's a bit lame. Will try to get onto that today.
